I have spent years of specialized clinical focus working on a variety of anxiety related concerns, from social anxiety, to obsessive worry, panic attacks, debilitating stress, body image struggles, and confidence and self-esteem. My treatment priority is not only to reduce the uncomfortable mental and physical experience of anxiety, but to increase your awareness and use of personal strengths, and to build skills that can translate to future hurdles.

A secondary area of care emphasis in my practice is the transition into parenthood, postpartum support, and parent coaching. There is so much information on how to parent that it can be difficult to discern which voices to listen to, and which approaches will work for your family and your children. I support parents in navigating this complicated role and offer customized behavioral and systemic approaches for the family to implement with ongoing encouragement and problem solving.

Some other areas of therapeutic concentration for me are mood issues, relationships and intimacy, and college transition/ identity development.
